Anna Lembke is a licensed professional counselor and Reiki Master who supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, their nervous systems, and a deeper sense of belonging. Her work is grounded in trauma-responsive practices and shaped by a background in somatic therapy, clinical mental health counseling, and intuitive healing.
At The Alder Collective, Anna offers a relational and integrative approach that weaves science, presence, and connection. She supports clients in navigating the complex patterns that can arise from stress, trauma, and life’s many transitions—guiding them with mindful compassion and curiosity. Her work may include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a modality many people find deeply effective for supporting integration and nervous system repatterning.
In addition to her clinical work, Anna offers nature-based and seasonal practices that support nervous system restoration. Many of her sessions include outdoor experiences in the natural world, where clients are invited to explore connection, curiosity, and presence beyond the therapy room.
Whether indoors or in the natural world, Anna’s work invites deeper connection—with the body, the breath, the Earth, and one’s inner experience. She supports the rediscovery of aliveness and the unfolding of resilience and regulation, grounded in the belief that there is nothing to fix—only a returning to what is already whole. Anna offers individual counseling and collaborative care through The Alder Collective.
